1. License

When you purchase a license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HarmonoMy on your own devices. Creator includes personal and commercial use; Studio includes a full commercial license. Music you create with the app is yours.

2. Payments & taxes

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They handle billing, VAT and sales tax on our behalf. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Refunds

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or circumvent the licensing of the app.

5. Updates

Lifetime licenses include updates within the major version. Features may evolve over time.

6. Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
